…SCHEDULING…

•    Please schedule online with as much advance notice as possible. 
We recommend booking the prior month to secure availability for the upcoming month.  An email will be sent to you mid as a helpful reminder of this.  If you schedule with less than 2 business days’ notice, the online software will not allow you to schedule services yourself.  You must call or email the office with your request instead. A short notice fee will be imposed and is detailed under “Fees” on the next page.

•    We may be able to accommodate short notice or Same-Day Scheduling. 
If we are available, we will be there for you!  You will just be charged a short-notice booking fee detailed in the next page.  The online scheduling software will not allow you to book with less than 2 business days notice. You must email the office with the request. For faster response, please email AND call the office.  If we do not answer, leave a clear-spoken message on the voicemail.  Your voicemail message will be emailed and text-messaged to us immediately so that we can reply and book services with lightening speed.


…CONFIRMATIONS / INVOICES…

•    Confirmations are sent via email within 48 hours after booking and also act as your invoice.  
•    They appear in your email inbox as “Pet Appointment Summaries.” Please check confirmations for accuracy and report back to us if there are any errors.   If we do not hear from you within 24 hours after sending the confirmation, we assume the appt is correct and cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies after that point.

      Please help us book your appointments with 100% accuracy by reviewing all invoice-confirmations in detail.


…PAYMENT METHODS & DUE DATES…

    AS OF JUNE 1, 2009, WE ONLY ACCEPT CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS.  PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE        YOUR INFORMATION ONLINE SO THAT YOUR PET SITTING APPTS WILL BE ABLE TO BE CONFIRMED.

o    CREDIT CARD –
•    
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD only.  If you do not have a credit card and would still like to request services, please call us to discuss so that we can see if we can make an exception.
•    Please submit your credit card information when filling out your online profile in our scheduling software (Power Pet Sitter).  Your card will automatically be charged on the dute date or shortly thereafter.
•    Please also fill out the “Credit Card Form” that is included in the attached paperwork that accompanies this document.  After you submit the form to us, we will have the information on file as a back up in the event that Power Pet Sitter site goes down or is inaccessible (not a common occurrence but it does happen from time to time for brief periods as they improve or update the site.)
•    After payment has been processed, you will receive a payment confirmation via email.  We are unable to refund monies for cancelled visits or for any other reason after payment has been processed.  You will instead have a credit on your account for use of services at a later date.

DUE DATES:     
          For Stay-At-Our-Place (In Home Boarding) and all other Services: Due on the first day of services.
          For Dog Walking:   Due on or prior to the last day of services.

Fees

MEET N GREETS:      For the first hour: $15 ;  Per additional half hour: $15

REGISTRATION FEE:.                                              Applied to First Visit: $15
One time only. Covers administration costs, insurance and supplies

KEY PICK UP / DROP OFF:                                                                        $10
This service is only scheduled if  
1) keys are not ready for us at the Meet n Greet
2) locks are changed and sitters need new keys
3) you will no longer be requesting care from us.

ADDITIONAL PET CHARGES:   Dog Walking Services are quoted for one dog

Per additional dog:  $4
Guest dogs (dogs that are staying with you for a short time who belong to a friend, family neighbor, etc.) $10

Stay-At-Our-Place (In Home Boarding) Services.
Per additional dog Overnight: $65
Per additional dog during Day Care: $40
                    

PET SUPPLY PICK UP:       $18 /hr


PET TAXI        $30-35 / hr    
While taking care of your pets, we provide pet taxi to your Vet or Emergency Room if needed/wanted in our insured, safe P.S. Mobile.  (Of course, we will attempt to contact you first in the unlikely and unfortunate event that your pet needs medical care.  However, if we do not reach you in a timely manner, we make ethical, heartfelt decisions based on what we would do for our own pets.)

                                 
SHORT NOTICE FEE:                                                                                                      
*For initial visits, we ask that you contact us a minimum of a week in advance to ensure enough time to schedule the initial Meet n Greet and key exchange.     
                
 All clients: If we do book your reservation within 2 business days of first scheduled visit, we reserve the right to charge a
  Short Notice fee per service.

CANCELLATION FEES:                                             
•  
 First, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you foresee you will not need our services so that we are available for other clients.
•    To cancel services online, you must cancel with more than 2 business days’ notice of the first scheduled service
in the confirmed Pet Appt Summary.  If you are able to cancel before the first service begins, you can log on to our
scheduling software, find the appt and cancel individual services or the entire appt yourself.  If you need to cancel with
less than 2 business days notice before the first scheduled service - or after the appt series has begun - call or email the
office with the request, as the system will not allow you to access an appt that has already started, or is about to start.
Please wait to receive an email confirmation of the cancellation before assuming the appt has been changed or
cancelled.

CANCELLATION GUIDELINES

•    Dog Walking Clients:
Cancel BEFORE 9am the previous day of a scheduled walk to alleviate a fee of any kind.

If we book walks on a holiday:  NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS MADE FOR CANCELED HOLIDAY WALKS.
OUR APOLOGIES FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.

•    In Home Boarding Clients:  
We appreciate as much notice as possible when canceling In Home Boarding services so that we may accommodate other clients’ requests. HOWEVER, NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS MADE FOR CANCELED SERVICES THAT FALL ON MAJOR HOLIDAYS OR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS.
OUR APOLOGIES FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.


•    NOTE: By requesting P.S. Pup Struts & Pet Care’s services, you thereby agree to our cancellation policies and agree to
     submit payment for canceled services cancelled with less notice than required.




DEPOSITS:                                                                                
IN HOME BOARDING    
Although we do not enforce an actual deposit, we will charge 50% of the total if services are cancelled with less than  
30 days notice.  If services are cancelled with less than 10 days notice, 100% of the invoice will be charged. These
policies help us to provide the best availability for everyone. If one client were to book and then cancel, we will have
more than likely turned others away.  We hope you understand – With limited space, we try to accommodate everyone’s
requests so that there are no spots left untaken and all clients who want their dogs boarded with us, get the chance to if
there is room.  Please refer to Cancellation Guidelines above.    

NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS MADE FOR CANCELED SERVICES THAT FALL ON MAJOR HOLIDAYS OR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS.

Day Care Services:  $15-30 surcharge per day
In Home Boarding (“Stay at our Place”) Service: $15 surcharge;  $30 surcharge on Thanksgiving Day and Weekend, Christmas Time (Dec 23-Dec 27), New Years Eve and New Years Day.

If available to you (if a regular booker and book in advance):
We may be available on any given holiday for our regular clients, so please email to inquire.

Pet Sits :  $10 surcharge
Overnights  : $15-30  surcharge


*A 100% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ANY SERVICE SCHEDULED ON A HOLIDAY.
     *Pre-payment is required for major holidays.  Your card will be charged by the first day of services during holidays.  
       Please be aware that we are unable to refund any payments if you cancel after visits are confirmed.
